How we help

IT support that feels part of your team

Everyday help for your people

From email and software problems to laptops that slow down the working day, your team has a clear route to friendly support. We help remotely where possible and arrange onsite work when it is needed and included or agreed.

Proactive management

Monitoring, patching and routine maintenance help us spot issues and keep supported devices in good order. Automated monitoring can run around the clock; human support hours and response arrangements are agreed in your service plan.

A managed service with visibility

We bring device management, supplier coordination and regular reviews into one relationship. Fluent Hub gives you a place to raise requests, view assets and follow the work that matters to your business.

Your questions, answered

Moving from another provider?

We plan the handover around your current contract, access arrangements and business priorities. We agree what we will support, any onboarding work and the monthly costs before the move.

What is included?

Your proposal sets out supported devices, users, hours and services. Project work, onsite visits and third-party licences are explained separately where they sit outside your agreed plan.

Let’s find the right fit for your business

Tell us about your current setup and what you want to improve. We’ll explain the options and put together a clear proposal.

Time to review. A plan to move forward.

Quarterly IT reviews & onsite visits

Your business changes throughout the year. Regular reviews give us dedicated time to look at how your IT is supporting your people, what needs attention and what you are planning next.

For managed clients, we bring together support history, device information and previous recommendations to guide the discussion. Where an onsite visit is agreed, we can walk through your workplace with you, discuss practical issues with your team and review the equipment and connectivity you use every day.

Listen to your team

We discuss recurring problems, day-to-day frustrations and changes in the way you work. We review support trends and outstanding requests, so the conversation reflects your experience as well as the technical picture.

Review devices & connectivity

We review asset records, device condition and replacement priorities, alongside your network, Wi-Fi, broadband and phone services. An agreed onsite visit helps us understand issues in the places your team actually works.

Check security & recovery

We review account access, device protection, updates and backup status within your service scope. We record gaps and discuss any further checks, recovery testing or Cyber Essentials preparation that would be useful.

Plan licences, renewals & projects

We discuss Microsoft 365 and other subscriptions, upcoming renewals, starters and leavers, and planned changes. We help prioritise upgrades and projects so you can plan costs and avoid rushed decisions.

Receive clear findings & actions

We document the checks, findings, risks and recommendations, with supporting evidence where relevant. The review records your decisions and agreed next steps, including any work that needs a separate quote or approval.

Follow progress next quarter

We revisit previous recommendations and outstanding actions at the next review, including items you chose to defer. This gives you a record of progress and helps keep agreed improvements moving forward.
