Fluent IT Solutions Ltd receives the enquiries sent through this website and uses them to respond to requests about its services.

What the website collects

The enquiry form collects your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, selected service and any message you enter. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive information in an enquiry.

How enquiry details are used

We use the information you supply to respond, understand your requirements and discuss a quote or next step. Submitting this form does not enrol you in a marketing mailing list.

Website providers and storage

This website and its enquiry form use Wix. Enquiries are stored in Wix Forms. Wix acts as a processor for site-visitor information handled on behalf of the website owner. See Data storage & security for the confirmed website data flow and provider links.

Browser storage and fonts

The form uses browser storage for a Wix visitor session to load and submit an enquiry. This website has no advertising or analytics tags added by Fluent. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when loading them. Hosting providers may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services.

Your information rights

You can contact us about access to or correction of your information, or to request deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You may also object to processing where that right applies. The rights available depend on the purpose and lawful basis of the processing. Where processing relies on consent, consent can be withdrawn.

You can raise a data-protection concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Enquiry retention

Our policy is to review unsuccessful enquiries after 12 months and delete information that is no longer needed. This is a manual review policy, not automatic deletion. If an enquiry becomes a customer relationship, the records needed to provide the service are handled under the applicable customer arrangements.

Notice still under review

The full notice needs Fluent’s confirmed lawful basis for each processing purpose, recipients, international-transfer safeguards and any wider customer or marketing processing. This website enquiry notice does not yet describe every system used to deliver managed IT or telecoms services.
