Fluent IT Solutions
Telecoms information
Fluent Talk, broadband and mobile
We help businesses with Fluent Talk telephone services, broadband, leased lines, mobile and eSIM services. The exact service, supplier arrangements, features, charges and support scope are set out in the relevant quotation and service agreement.
Contracts, charges and cancellation
Before placing an order, check the minimum term, installation and equipment charges, usage allowances, out-of-bundle rates, price-change provisions, notice period and any early termination charges. Request the applicable terms from Fluent if they have not been supplied. This information page does not replace your agreed contract.
Number transfers and installations
Transfers and installation dates depend on eligibility, suppliers and the existing service. Do not cancel a service that you intend to transfer until the arrangements are confirmed. Let us know about any equipment or critical business process that depends on the connection.
Emergency calls and power failures
Internet-based telephone services depend on power and an internet connection. If either fails, calls, including 999 and 112 calls, may be unavailable. Discuss suitable resilience and alternative ways to call with us, and tell us if you use a phone at a different location or rely on connected alarms or other critical equipment.
Read Ofcom’s emergency-access guidance.
Faults and complaints
For a service issue, call 01844 852016 or email support@fluentitsolutions.com. To make a complaint, identify the affected service, the problem and the outcome you are seeking. Do not include passwords. Unresolved complaints are escalated to Paul Coaten, Director.
Independent dispute resolution may be available to eligible customers. Fluent’s applicable ADR scheme membership remains unconfirmed. This page does not claim membership of an ADR scheme or constitute a completed complaints code.
Read Ofcom’s guidance on complaints and dispute resolution.
Telecoms data & UK hosting
Our telecoms services are hosted in UK data centres.
The data involved can differ between voice, broadband and mobile services. Confirm the relevant provider’s privacy information and Fluent’s processing arrangements for your service, including any call-recording feature, before enabling or using it. See Data storage & security.
